The President Hotel Auckland is a clean and incredible property with astonishing English breakfasts and nice staff. It has a great and fabulous location, just next door to all the main CBD shops, the Skytower, and plenty of takeaways, mini marts. it is within walking distance to the Skytower.

Rooms on the first floor are very noisy. Could be better up there. We were in room 101.

Spacious and well equipped apartment in absolutely central location. The Skytower is a maximum of 200 meters down the road. The breakfast buffet was very good.
The windows could not be opened and were quite dirty. Parking in the underground car park costs extra.

The hotel is ideal and clean with an awesome view of the town. It has a favorable location so close to the casino and offers delicious breakfast. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Auckland for live shows at Vectra Arena, Civic Theatre, Mt Smart, and the international airport.

Parking or parking the car - even for a short time - was problematic and, as a result, extremely expensive.

The staff was super friendly and incredibly nice with every request. The bed was comfy, and the room had a separate lounge and lounge area. The restaurant was very warm for breakfast, and I ordered warm dishes.
